Rajeev Lochan Agarwal

Rajeev Lochan Agarwal is the founding partner of the firm with a post graduate degree in Commerce. He has spent his career of more than 30 years with non-banking financial companies in planning & designing the strategies for the effective use of the capital. He has focused on micro-financing & leveraging opportunities in the industry. He is an excellent player in the debt restructuring of the organization. He specializes in advising the appropriate financial structure of the organization & extends services in Merger & Acquisitions strategy.

Raghav Agarwal

Raghav Agarwal, FCS, LL.B., M. Com., EPCF (IIM-C), AWMC (IIBF), RV (IBBI), RIA (SEBI), is a partner with RAC Advisers LLP serving in Delhi-NCR. He has more than 10 years of experience in providing valuations & fair value opinions for financial reporting, including business combinations, tax valuations, intellectual assets; corporate value consulting; and litigation support. Raghav has a continuous track record of providing valuation and risk management consulting service. He leads the team for divestitures strategies for the big industrial houses.

Shilpi Kulshrestha

Shilpi Kulshrestha, a decade old professional, who is a Company Secretary and Lawyer by profession. Shilpi has a history of working in the packaging, building materials and IT Industry. She has worked with various MNCs & has a proven track record of leading the team. She has vast experience in the matters of FEMA advisory, drafting & vetting of all kinds of complex agreements, corporate law compliances. She is the core member of data privacy laws & advises clients in these matters.

Prashasti Tripathi

Prashasti Tripathi, holds a bachelor’s degree in Law & Commerce and is an associate member of the ICSI. She has five years of experience in handling matters related to Company Law, IPR, M & A & Due Diligence. Her competencies are well-reflected in the research work for the clients. She has rendered value-added services to a good number of big and medium listed and unlisted clients.

Syed Mohd Abbas

Abbas, ACS, M. Com., is a versatile member of our team with six years of experience in handling corporate compliance & liaison matters. As a learner, he is pursuing graduation in law. Abbas has worked for several MNCs & firms. He has also played a role as a Business Advisory to the company’s board. His passion for work is always visible in his deliverables.

Monika Kataria, an associate member of ICSI and post-graduate in commerce, has eight-plus years of experience in handling matters related to Company Law, Finance & Accounting. She teams the organization in the matter of Intellectual Property Rights.
